Preventive Controls for Human Food training to be held March 23-25, 2017 in Moorhead, MN.

Topics include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), regulatory food safety, preventive controls for human food, hazard analysis, monitoring, and verification activities. Also included will be tips on food safety leadership, building a safe food culture, and implementing food safety programs.

Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate from the Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance (FSPCA) and will be considered a Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI).
